Randolph EMC's Electric Vehicle Utility Program (REVUP) offers residential customers rebates of $500 towards the purchase of qualified Level 2 electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE). Eligible, residents must be a registered owner of an electric vehicle (EV), purchase and install a Wi-Fi connected Level 2 EVSE, and agree to share the data collected by the EVSE. Roanoke Electric Cooperative offers member a TOU rate to charge PEVs during non-peak hours. Members pay a flat fee of $50 per month for a Level 2 charging station and up to 450kW of electricity.
